Windstream.net, Alltel.net email issues
Windstream has been experiencing issues receiving email from schools in Portage and Stark counties for several weeks.  Because of the large volume of email they receive from us, their Anti-SPAM software has mistakenly identified the Ohio Educational Computer Network's email server as a source of SPAM, and is not delivering our email to it's customers.

We have been working with them to resolve this problem, but the it rests on their end, and their progress in resolving this issue has been slower than expected.  We would encourage you to use email address other than alltel.net or windstream.net if possible until they resolve this issue. You can also open a trouble ticket with them at http://www.windstream.com/support/contact.aspx letting them know about the problem.  Phone numbers for all of the schools are available at: http://www.aurora-schools.org/schoolsList.aspx
